About Spark PLUS B574

Spark PLUS B574™ from Biolegend is a fluorophore for use in both conventional and spectral flow cytometry with an excitation peak at 506 nm and an emission peak at 574 nm. While it’s suitable for both conventional and spectral flow, it demonstrates maximum brightness on spectral cytometers. It can be unmixed from colors like Spark PLUS B550™, FITC, and PerCP/Cyanine5.5, which makes it a good option for large spectral panels. It can be unmixed from PE on instruments with both blue and yellow/green lasers.
